Chiropractic is a health care profession focusing on musculoskeletal and nervous system disorders. Patients of all ages consult chiropractors to manage neuromusculoskeletal complaints such as back and neck pain, strain and sprain in arms and legs, work and sport-related injuries and headaches.
Chiropractors use an extensive range of methods to evaluate your condition. They provide a comprehensive assessment and differential diagnosis, eliminating a severe illness, logical explanations and an individual treatment plan tailored to the needs of their patients, including the different treatment options available.
Chiropractic adjustments aim to restore a standard range of movement to joint presenting dysfunction and restriction. Pain and tightness are alleviated, allowing the tissues to heal and recover their elasticity. They use their hands to mobilise the joint specifically and release the tightness with soft tissue therapies.
Our techniques are proven to work.
Chiropractors' techniques are scientifically proven to alleviate pain and other symptoms and improve the range of movement of the spine affected. They are generally safe and very cost-effective compared to other medical methods.
Chiropractors are trained to recommend therapeutic exercises for rehabilitation and provide nutritional, dietary and lifestyle advice to regain strength, flexibility and body function to practice regular occupational and favourite recreational activities in a shorter time.
If chiropractic care is not appropriate to your condition or needs co-management, you will be referred to the relevant health care provider or medical doctor.

An Alternative To Medication And Surgery
Studies show that patients treated by chiropractic receive immediate pain relief, better results and long term satisfaction. "Close to 90% of herniated disc patients reported "good" or "excellent" improvement after approximately 13 chiropractic treatments. Over a year later, 80% still reported "good" or "excellent" improvement."
"82% of patients undergoing spinal manipulation therapy (SMT) for neck pain reported a 50% or greater reduction in pain; results were consistent after 12 weeks of treatment and one year later. Only 69% of patients taking muscle relaxants reported similar results."
"Patients with chronic low-back pain treated by chiropractors showed greater improvement and satisfaction at one month than patients treated by family physicians. Satisfaction scores were higher for chiropractic patients. A higher proportion of chiropractic patients (56% vs 13%) reported that their low-back pain was better, whereas nearly one-third of medical patients reported that their low-back pain was worse."
"Acute and chronic chiropractic patients experienced better outcomes in pain, functional disability and patient satisfaction; clinically important differences in pain and disability improvement were found for chronic patients."
