Orewa Chiropractor with Expertise in Back Pain Management
Chiropractic is a health care profession focusing on musculoskeletal and nervous system disorders. Chiropractors are consulted by patients of all age for their management of neuromusculoskeletal complaints such as back and neck pain strain and sprain in arms and legs, work and sport related injuries and headaches.
Chiropractors use a large range of methods to evaluate your condition. They provide a comprehensive assessment and differential diagnosis, eliminating a serious condition, logical explanations and an individual treatment plan tailored to the needs of their patients including the different treatment options available.
Chiropractic adjustments have the purpose to restore a normal range-of-movement to a joint presenting dysfunction and restriction. Pain and tightness are alleviated allowing the tissues to heal and recover their elasticity. They use their hands to mobilise the joint in a specific way and release the tightness with soft tissue therapies.
Our techniques are proven to work.
Chiropractor's techniques are scientifically proven to alleviate pain and other symptoms as well as to improve the range-of-movement of the spine affected. They are generally safe and very cost-effective compared to other medical methods.
Chiropractors are trained to recommend therapeutic exercises of rehabilitation and provide nutritional, dietary and lifestyle advice to regain strength, flexibility and body function in order to practice regular occupational and favourite recreational activities in the shorter period of time.
If chiropractic care is not appropriate to your condition, or you need co-management, you will be referred to the relevant health care provider or medical doctor.
